Untitled ink wash drawing

In honor of the new year I am showing the last drawing completed in 2011. It is an ink wash over a clean line drawing done with a .25 Rapidograph pen. The book illustration work that I am doing at the moment is very tight pointillism, so a drawing like this is a nice bit of spontaneity.
